Spotlight Monday

February 01, 2010 By: Pamela Category: 2-Guest Designers, Card Art

Our new artist for February lives in Canada, and does not yet have her stamps, so I am so pleased to share with you this last, and oh so amazing project Sankari created !

Stamp sets used: Parisian Romance

“A huge thank you to Pamela for letting me by this month’s guest designer! I have had a blast every week creating projects with this gorgeous set: Parisian Romance! There are so many different possibilities with all of the images, sentiments and fonts in this stamp set. I decided for my last project as a guest designer - to create a little gift set with a vintage feel. I created this for the birthday of my lovely friends who creates jewelry - I thought she might like to use the box to store some of her gorgeous jeweled creations. I absolutely love this Eiffel Tower stamp and love that it comes in two different sizes - so it worked great on the card and also on the box. I had so much creating this giftset and all of the projects this month with this awesome stamp set! A huge thank you again to Pamela and to all of you for your sweetest comments!! Wishing everyone all happiness always!
Big hugs,
Sankari :)

She’s done it again! Leslie calls this a SIMPLE card….he he….isnt’ it gorgeous in its simplisity?

She used the Fall Flowers set on this card. Love the corner embossing, adds so  much elegance to this clean, white card.

what a piece of art! a 2nd Spot lite

March 27, 2009 By: Pamela Category: Card Art

I WAS going to share with you a card I made the other day, using the bunnies again…but THEN this morning, Julie Warner (on my dt) shared a card SHE did with the Easter Blessings set….and I HAD to show it to you!! I KNOW>>>>TWO spotlites in ONE week?? lol… I just couldn’t help it….smile

I want you to notice:

The  sunrise colors and subtle ray pattern she created in the bg.

The uses of the flower border image at the BASE of the cross to really pull it all together

The PERFECT vellum piece behind the cross, and the banner she created with He Is Risen phrase really really brings the focus on what Easter is about….

I AM IN AWE!
