Pamela’s Gallery

Have had these plastic tags for a while now, thought I’d dig them out and see what I could do with them. This card is built entirely around the tag (and then I almost didn’t leave room for it-lol)

Stamps used: CS2×2005 Shore Birds, CS2×3002-Fishy, red rubber: Mahalo (sun), Just Breathe (again) used cloud image to create sky, and foam on sea, Create A Scene (grasses), Bubbles (in a very light blue over the embossed fish just to add a bit of fun)

-Stamped the fish first in Palette Noir Black. Colored with BIC markers. Used an embossing pen all over it, and covered with clear ep. Heat set.
-Created water with Mini stamps pads by Martha Stewart, (wally-world). Started with a light color, added darker colors as I moved out towards the edge. Blended the lighter color back over the darker ones to give it a smoother look.  Stamped the bubbles in light blue ink, all over water.

-Stamped the shore birds, colored with BIC markers. Embossed with clear ep. Used Cat’s Eye ink pads to create a bit of ground/sand. Used the cloud stamp and SU white ink to do the ‘foam’ embossed with white ep.

-Stamped the sun using Orange Chalk ink.

-Stamped the clouds in same orange ink, light blue ink, and yellow inks.Used wc pencils to add more color to the sky, give it a sun set look. Blended a little bit with water brush.

-Stamped grasses in lettuce, and pesto inks (Ranger, Adirondack)

-Pop dotted tag, added ribbon, and stuck in place.

I’ve been uploading to the gallery, but in case you missed em…here’s a couple more!

On this card, I wanted to use some more stuff I’d received in a rak….(clear word bubble, clips, ribbon,  and fabric phrase) Paper is plain tan cs, and a piece from DCWV scrap.

Stamps used: CS2×2005-Shore Birds, red rubber set: Mahalo, and Just Breathe Again (grass, and used the cloud to make the water/sand under their feet)

This one I used gold ep on….had a lot of fun with that! lol

Stamps used: CS2×2009-Cleo, CS22×2010 Flourish (around the edge of the circle die cut-embossed in gold, but lost most of the details in the scan), red rubber: Birthday Wishes Paper: Club Scrap, DCWV, and plain blue cs, and white cs

You know I love my red rubber…HOWEVER..there are SOME things that just work better in clear..and these two sets DEFINITELY fall into that category!
