Please remember first and foremost, this is a business. ALL of these images are COPYRIGHTED to Pamela Clark and FireCracker Designs by Pamela. That includes the images used on the website, the blog, the print outs that come with the stamps, marketing, ads, etc…
What you CAN do:
Yes, You may use my stamps in your hand made, NON DIGITAL art creations for both profit AND personal use.
You may scan in or photograph your art for sharing, please give credit to FireCracker Designs by Pamela. (I hope you will do so often! LOL)
You may use my images on your business cards but you will need to email me for an approval letter for your printing company.
Please give credit to FireCracker Designs by Pamela when you post your art that uses my stamps on yahoo groups, for publication in magazines, ezines, etc. (If you are published you may be eligible for free stamps! Read here for more details.)
What’s NOT allowed:
Creating your OWN stamps from any of my images….( not allowed)
Mounting them on wood blocks, and selling them as your OWN designs…(not allowed.)
Reselling the stamps in sets or separately as new stamps, on Ebay, or anywhere else, with out giving credit to FireCracker Designs by Pamela as the creator of the stamps (not allowed. )
Scanning in the stamped images, or any form of the image, to recreate them in any digital or electronic form (not allowed.)
Please remember my images are mostly hand drawn, or photo manipulations, and that I spend a lot of time, and love creating them.
