Sneak Peek card, AND a fun Valentine Card
Here’s the sneak peek card I promised you! Using the Sally Stamps set (coming out on SUNDAY!) WOOHOO!!
I stamped the plain card base with lime and ice blue chalk inks, using the ‘Ink’ and ‘More Ink’ pads in the set.
I used the ’splotches of ink’ image to stamp the green cs with Ranger’s Sailboat Blue Ink
Sally is stamped on glossy paper, with Palette Noir ink, and colored with zig markers. All the little images stamped on her table are separate images, so you can arrange them however you like! Gives you LOTS of variety!!
The quote on this piece (also part of the set) was inspired by Judy Parlin.…she’s had that quote as her sig line for a LONG time, and every time I’d read it, I’d giggle. So I HAD to add it to this set…
Added shimmerz (Dec. Sky) to the prisma flowers.
The charm (which to me looks like a ink blot) comes from JoAnne’s Etc. Ribbons, are Hobby Lobby
(for a nice LARGE view, click the image)
OK, now the second card for today..uses a FUN technique from the new Technique Newsletter!
The technique is called Mono Masking.
The set used is Gifts of Love, and Parisian Romance (fleur, and phrase)
Papers used: Basic 110 lb white cs, and Halcraft Card blanks. Colors: wc pencils, shimmers (pink) Inks: Chalk -A-Lots Extras: Ribbon-JoAnne’s; White Puff paint (which I added shimmerz to, before I heat set it)
Isn’t she fun?
Thanks for tuning in!
Pamela

Really cute cards. Got me on the list for Sally? LOL! I just love her. It’ll be great to use. I like the snowlady. I never thought of putting shimmerz on liquid applique. Such a great idea!
